I’m a great placeThe department is fully equipped as per the current syllabus.  At present sri S.M.Badiger is the head of section and with four lecturers to manage the activities of the department.  The department has a tradition of getting ranks every year.  To add one more feather to the cap,  by the demand of HESCOM hubli, the department is preparing a project on "Electric Ple Switching".  students have participated in state level "DO IT YOURSELF TECHNICAL EXHIBITION".  and bagged many prizes.  Many training programmes have been conducted to staff of KPTCL and HESCOM for updating the emerging technology. The department has a grant to the fune of Rs 5 Laks under AICTE MODROB Scheme for modernising te lab. for you to tell a story and let your users know a little more about you.
